Experiments24-hour challenge33 seconds

I have 24 hours to make 50 euros with an AI

No course to sell. One concrete offer: five shorts cut from an existing video, 50 €. And a proof edited before asking for the first euro.

In short

Two constraints: twenty-four hours, and no course allowed. What is left has to be a service that produces something you can actually watch.

The offer fits in one sentence: one source video in, five vertical shorts out, fifty euros. Before pitching it, ARGO runs it once on his own footage.

What you'll learn

  • An offer gets proven before it gets sold — the first delivery is to yourself.
  • AI speeds up picking the moments, not writing the hooks.
  • The clock starts at the first message sent, not at the first idea.

The steps

  1. 01The constraint
  2. 02Proof before money
  3. 03The real clock

Step 1 / 3

The constraint

Twenty-four hours, fifty euros, and a rule that closes the easiest door: no course. Whatever is left has to produce something a client can look at.

The chosen offer is a cutting service: one long video in, five vertical shorts out.

Step 2 / 3

Proof before money

Six already published episodes are merged into a single video and handed to the AI. It finds five usable passages in under a minute.

None of them is publishable as is: the openings are rewritten, subtitles added, audio normalised. Automatic selection saves time; it does not deliver.

Step 3 / 3

The real clock

The offer goes out to twenty French-speaking creators. The countdown only starts at the first message sent.

From there only two endings exist, and both can be shown: the fifty euros, or free work done in public.

What came out

  • Five vertical 1080×1920 shorts actually edited, each with a frame-zero hook, French subtitles and normalised audio.
  • A before/after that can be shown, produced without shooting anything new.

What went wrong

  • The AI produced no publishable hook: all five openings had to be rewritten by hand.
  • The episode stops before the sale. The money question belongs to part two.
